Returns & Refunds Policy
Strict Return Conditions
We operate a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Returns are accepted strictly at our discretion and only if all conditions below are met.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, all items must:
- Be brand new, unused, unworn, and unaltered
- Be returned in original packaging, including all tags, labels, and inserts
- Show no signs of wear, washing, damage, odor, stains, or misuse
- Match the condition in which the item was originally shipped
⚠️ All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment and again upon return.
Any inconsistencies between the shipped condition and the returned condition will result in the return being rejected.
Items that do not meet every requirement above will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Your request must be approved before sending any item back.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If approved, you will receive:
- A return shipping label
- Detailed return instructions

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products
- Personal care or beauty products
- Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
These items are final sale.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain a different item, you must:
- Return the original item (if approved), and
- Place a new order separately.
European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
However, returned items must still:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Include original packaging and tags
- Pass inspection upon return
Items failing inspection will not be refunded.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
- Bank or card providers may take additional time to post the refund
